This was a super fun "spring" activity we did for family night...especially since it is still snowing outside...spring was been taken over by full blown winter-yuk! But in our little world, we have a small patch of green grass that we have had so much fun watching grow. And...it grows super fast, so it was great for little kids-within a week, we had sprouts! The kids check it every day. They can't wait to be able to cut it! Next year, I will plant it a little sooner before Easter (2-3 weeks), then we will have a cute patch of grass to put our easter eggs on!
