We have loved celebrating spring with lots of crafts. My kids LOVE crafts. Well really, I think they like that they have permission to get messy, dirty, and eat lots of treats (ie...SUGAR)...but non the less...it's totally worth the time, effort, and mess that comes with doing crafts with a 6 year old girl (who's not messy) and two 3 year old boys (who's middle name should be disaster, mess, destroy, etc, etc, etc.)...but the conversations that they have during these moments, their sillyness, and their praises of a great mom...are all worth it! So mess away...it's only a house...RIGHT???

I love your nests. Have you seen them done with shredded wheat? You make them just like rice krispy treats buy substitute the mashed shredded wheat for the rice krispies. They look just like a bird nest!!
