This is a super fun cupcake....the kids love seeing all the different colors...and it's easy! And perfect for spring, St. Patty's day, or even Easter.
All you do is make a white cake mix...divide it into bowls and add food coloring...I used the new neon gel food coloring for more vibrant colors, but regular or even the wilton food coloring would work...and then you do a drop at a time to make the layers. You could also make this into a cake...I did mini cupcakes...YUM!

Looks yummy! We will have to add a little color to our life and try these:)
i am LAUGHING. i tried those too and didn't have the success you did. maybe i forgot that cake RISES and you're only supposed to fill each muffin hole up 1/2 way. OOPS! ;)
