Halloween...Adobe style...

It was our first year...We had heard the rumors, but what we experienced was far beyond what a "little" company puts on for Halloween. There were gates to form lines outside. They had popcorn and cotton candy and a big tall man on stilts making balloons for the kids...and that was ALL just outside while you were waiting in line! The inside of the office building was transformed into a GIANT Halloween House for the families. There were live trees, grass, a bridge built with a headless horseman, a one-of-a kind sarcophalous with a mummy popping out at you, a Egyptian throne (toilet)...and that was all just in Jason's department!! Then there was Shrek (with Shrek and Mrs. Shrek greeting us), and boardgames that included mousetrap (with a live trap that comes down on you), battleship (with nerf guns to shoot inside of the submarine), monopoly (with a life size jail), Sesame Street, Cereal World (with the one and only Adobe O's-get it?? instead of Cheerios;))...And the candy, silly bands, glow in the dark sticks were everywhere. The kids didn't need any more candy than they got that night (which was a good thing since it rained on Saturday-the day we all went trick-or-treating in Utah)! Simply Amazing! So much fun and awesome to see a company pull together such an amazing event for the families.

PS...This is my post for the month. I wish I could say that I am staying on top of things...but let's be honest...I'm drowning a bit in all great, amazing stuff...but the blogging is the last on my list;( and I miss it! Hope all is well with my 2 cute friends who occasionally stop by;)

That is so amazing! I'm glad you got to go and experience that - and that the kids all had a good time.

Hang in there - you will survive all the craziness in your life. Let me know what I can do to help!

NOT SO MUCH! ;) At least I have a hubby again. its a trade i guess. no moolah, no parties, but no more 80 hour work weeks or 9 international trips in a year. let's get together SOON!
