Growing up is fun to do...

So we all know that this "life" is supposed to be like a blink of an eye...right?? Well REALLY it is feeling like it...every time I blink...my kids are bigger and doing something new and greater! I love that I get to watch it all...but really, I'm a little sad that it is going by sooo fast! I remember when the boys were born, everyone saying to enjoy it because it will be gone before you know it...and it is! My boys are almost FOUR! Who let that happen? And Makenna now has her ear's pierced...and she wants to SHARE earrings with me...only my cool ones, that is...
Don't get me wrong, I'm LOVING my kids right now...eating them up as we speak (not really...but you know what I mean;)) But I'm super sad that in just this much more time, my boys will be getting baptized...and next year Makenna will be getting baptized (a big deal in our church-we do it when they are eight and not when they are born)...Where has the time gone? But I'm so grateful for the memories...even if sleepless nights, and throw-up, and crying, and yelling, and fighting, and headaches, and tears...lots and lots of tears...came with those amazing memories! So here's to "It's GREAT to be a MOM day"...PS ...I just made that day up:) ENJOY!
