Considering it's been over a month since my last post...I'm convinced that scrapbooking just may have to wait for this summer...why...because I am having a blast with my cute kids...and these really cool ladies...called the "Pink Princess Posse"
Yup that's right...these 12 women ran 190 miles in 33 hours 29 min...not too bad for a bunch of "princesses"...I'm not too sure how I got roped into such an adventure, but I did...and I loved it...Once I was done I did anyway...during, I was a little, let's just say sleep deprived with a bit of a princess 'tude...but my posse put up with me and shoved me out the suburban door for my last leg....and because of them, I kicked butt (kicked butt meaning, I finished) and so did they all...The race started in Logan and we finished in Park City...we ran across the finish line together (as Studly Angie was racing another girl), but we managed to keep up and finished!
What an amazing accomplishment (if I may say so myself;)) to work together to accomplish something so hard...and it was HARD...the only sleep we got was an hourish on a bench at Snow Basin resort (which luckily they left open for the racers...people where sprawled out everywhere!)...and maybe a bit in the car, but we were cheering our teamates on and handing them water...
Eat, sleep, run, repeat....until next time...I love my bed!
PS...I know it's a silly pic (they took it at the finish line)...I'm not sure why they posted this one, but it is the only one I have at the moment...until Michele S. decides to share (or sell) her pics;)

I am still so impressed that you guys did that! I am glad you had a good time and survived the middle of the night run all by yourself!
