Poor Austin...he has been coughing for almost a week. Poor guy has even asked to go to the doctor...so we did today. The doctor checked him out...only a cough, but with weezing. She said that he had some sort of Asthma...only they don't diagnose it in kids this young. So he gets to do a nebulizer treatment a couple times a day until the cough disappears, and then one for the remainder of the winter. The Doc said with the poor air quality (gotta love the inversion) and the cold, it is just hard to breathe...poor guy. He now loves his Dino medicine (the mask has a dinosaur on it) and will ask for it after a couple of hours...he can feel it in his chest. So here's to nebulizing and hopefully a little more sleep (for all of us)...and eating wouldn't hurt either...he hasn't really eaten in a couple of days! Wish us luck!
