Resurrection Rolls

Well...there are two things in this world that I love...food and pictures of food!  So I totally copied my friend Michelle W. and have started a picture recipe book of my favorite recipes.  When I make them...I will take a picture of them and someday have a cookbook full of recipes that I use with pictures...So thanks Michelle W. for letting me copy!

So these rolls are a super yummy easter treat!  It's been a tradition in our house to make these yummy rolls and have them on easter morning.  You could make the rolls with your kids and have an object lesson to teach them about the resurrection (I love object lessons that involve FOOD!).  I explain the the marshmallow is white like Christ was wrapped in the white clothing in the tomb.  As I pinch the dough closed, I relate it to the stone being put in front of the tomb...They love seeing that it magically disappears in the morning!  Kind of a fun lesson for kids and ME!  Since Easter has past, you can put this in your files...
